Linsn LED display screen correction

I. calibration range of use:
Monochrome, double color, full color real pixel LED display

II. calibration hardware requirements:
1. A Canon camera (recommended Canon 50D (best) or the Canon 500D)
2. A Sigma lens (recommended Sigma50-500)
3.1 / 64 by a light microscope (brand not limited to)
4. Precision head 1PC (to good to fine-tune the recommended Manfrotto 410)
5. A tripod (brand not limited to, recommended Manfrotto 055DB)
6. Canon Camera AC adapter (optional)
7. Fuselage connecting plate lens (optional)

III.software requirements:
LED Studio 10.45 or more, including the 10.45 version
Note: The virtual screen is not supported.

IV.calibration steps:

1. First open LED studio, click on Settings - Software settings - on the keyboard input "linsn" - password settings interface 168 into the receiving card.

 


2. Download the correct RCG file, set the width with the height of the card and sent to the receiver ,then save to the receiver card
 

3.Into the display connector, set the width with the height of a single box ,send to the receiving the card and saved to the card,
Save the setting well parameters to the CON file, the same size of the box use the same CON file.

 


4. Into a single point calibration, click on the photo district, the general one box one receiving card , set the screen partition then get the Box height and width. If a cabinet with a number of receiving card, put the cassette containing the area of each receiver
Set to a zone. Expected value is generally the default 88, that is, the brightness after correction for 88% of the original brightness, customers can be flexible.
 







5. Enter the correct measurements, click Start preview, the camera with the box about 15 meters in general, and to ensure that the lens is vertical with the box, otherwise it will cause problems because of the angle correction is not satisfactory, adjust the picture caught on camera to most clearly state the preview box software partition can not exceed the red line in the partition of white box, preferably just within the white box.  


 

6. Click on Start calibration, the camera will automatically calibrated measurements, waiting for measurement is completed you can view the effect before and after correction, click the Save will save the calibrated data to the receiving card, RVS will also generate a file, the client must always remember correction box corresponding to RVS file, the file stored in the LED studio SETDATA directory, for directly load after changing receiving cards (6144 only support single-point calibration points, more points can be set to above 2X2 )

7, the correction has sub-entire screen calibration correction and a single box calibration correction, the entire screen display calibration must first connect display, and then single-point calibration for photo partition, each box's width and height for a zone, after the screen partition to change width and height well, the software will automatically partition and then corrected measurements, the measured end point of a partition and then the next area, then point the test until the test end date, after measuring point will save the measurement data saved to the receiving card. Just take the whole screen calibration measurements of the last partition, because all receiver card is used only a correction data..
