The requirements of installing the display:
Power supply: The power supply wiring point should within the screen body size The 220V city electricity power supply, firing line 0 meet the grounding line; The 380V city electricity power supply, three firing lines and firing line 0 meet the grounding line; The section area of the firing line and 0 line linear circuits are the same; The display above 10 kilowatts should add fall pressing starting outfit. Which factors for designing the display size should be considered?
When designing the screen body size, there are three important factors should be considered:
(1) Display content;
(2) Location condition;
(3) the size of display unit module (indoor display) or pixel pitch (outdoor display).The required power consumption and power supply of the LED display The power consumption of the display divides into the average power consumption and the max power consumption. The average power consumption called working power is the actual power consumption. The max power consumption is the consumption when start the display or entire brightness, etc the extreme situation. The max power consumption is the alternating current power supply (line diameter, switch and so on) must consider. The average power consumption is generally the1/3of the max power consumption. The display is a large-scale sophisticated electronics, for safety handling and reliable work, its AC220V input power supply end or the AC220V input power supply end of the computer which connected with it must earth. Note: the AC220V input power supply earth end of the computer has been connected with the computer crust.
Which questions should be considered for the design and installation of outdoor displays?
The main questions of outdoor displays as follows:
(1) Because the display installs in the outdoors, so it is exposed to the sun and rain frequently, the wind blows the dust lid , the working conditions is very bad. The electronic installation drips wet or seriously affected with damp will lead short circuit even on fire, thus will cause the losses;
(2) The display may receive the strong electricity and strong magnetism attack causes by the thunder and lightning;
(3) The ambient temperature change is large. When the display working it will have certain quantity of heat, if the environment temperature is very hot and the radiate is not good, the integrated circuit may works abnormally, even it will be burnt down, thus will cause the display system working abnormally.
In view of the above special questions, the outdoor display must be made as follows:
(1) The screen body and the screen body and the building intersection must strict waterproofing and leak -proofing; the screen body must have the good water measure, once occurs accumulates water, it can smoothly draining the water;
(2) Installs the lightning protector in the display and the building. The display body and the outer covering maintain the good earthling, the earth resistance is smaller than 3 ohms, may the big electric causing by the thunder and lightning current prompt draining.

(4) Selects the industry IC chip which operating between -40 ℃ ~ 80 ℃ , this can make sure that even the winter temperature is very low, the display still can start.;
(5) In order to guarantee long-distance range visible under strong environment light, must select the super brightness LED;
(6) For the display medium should select new broad angle pipe, broad angle of view, pure color, consistent coordination, and the life surpasses for 100,000 hours.
